The Well Within Experience

We had an awesome time last Friday at The Well Within Experience at the Dollarhide Community Center! The energy, connection, and community support was amazing. 

Created with older adults in mind, this indoor/outdoor wellness event brought mental health to the forefront through engaging activities, wellness resources, meaningful conversations, movement, music, and community connection. We enjoyed every moment of creating a space focused on healing, joy, and support. Just in case you missed it- we're sharing highlights.
