Our Community Health Advocates are still at it! Sunday, September 20, 2026 we joined a host of amazing community partners at First AME Church for their FAME Health Day, helping neighbors get connected to health screenings, mammograms and other resources.
This event hosted health workshops, presentations, free health screenings, free refreshments, giveaways, Line Dance and a host of other engaging activities. What a blessings! We’re grateful for everyone who continues to show up, and advocate for healthier communities. Here's a mere glimpse of this delightful day!
