Beach Meetup

The Waterfront Wellness series is back by popular demand offering all that one could imagine. Come and enjoy fun, fitness and the ability to connect with both nature and community.

Led by professional fitness instructors, Vero Pilates will help participants experience the benefits of pilates. Sista' Nature's Yoga, owner and operator, La'Toya Berthil will aid attendees in yoga instruction (stretching and pose postures) and her very own special blends of teas (served warm). This is your opportunity to be strengthened and begin your day with a burst of energy, all to the tune of an ocean breeze. We will closeout the session with networking and connections. Lite refreshments will be provided.
