About the Event
Join us at the beach for an early morning and enjoy the ocean breeze, while reaping the benefits of both fitness and fun. Our focus this year is wellness and survivorship. Once you register you will get the exact meet-up location. Yoga mats and refreshments will be provided.
Our instructors Latoya and Charisma are well versed in fitness and the meditative aspects of health and wellness.
