Join us for a comprehensive Health & Resource Fair aimed at providing valuable information, resources, supportive services, free screenings and fun!

• Health screenings and assessments

• Live Music, Cooking Demos, fitness exercise (line dancing) and more

• Guest speakers including healthcare professionals and cancer survivors

• Resources for patient and caregivers (meals, transportation, co-pays) and other support services
